Paul Jorgenson
Board Memeber
Paul Jorgensen is a director of Clear Sky, and boasts over 34 years of experience and expertise in forensic accounting, corporate recovery, auditing, management consulting, litigation support, commercial property and GST across Australia and the UK. Paul holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Accountancy from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Certificate of Forensic Studies (Accountancy) from Monash University. Paul is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and of the Tax Institute. A former Chairman of Partners, Paul was appointed partner of Kennedy & Co, Chartered Accountants in 1998 and has been a registered Tax Agent and Auditor since. Paul’s current involvement with PKF Adelaide spans across asset management, valuation and strategic approach. Additionally, Paul is experienced in funding structures, meeting financial and legal requirements of financiers and investment partners. He has advised in relation to the tax aspects of property development and estate planning, and in respect of acquisitions and mergers. Paul was previously appointed as Official Liquidator, Receiver & Manager, Members' and Creditors' Voluntary Liquidator, Voluntary Administrator and Deeds of Company Arrangement Administrator for a large range of companies in Australia and the UK. Paul has been dedicated to continued education, receiving the highest academic result in South Australia and Australia in the Advanced Insolvency Course. Paul’s expertise has been requested for evidence in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of South Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Family Court of Australia, the Magistrates Court and the District Court of South Australia. Finally, Paul has provided reports on various insolvency-related issues and situations, including advice to bankers in relation to security reviews and possible turnaround strategies. Paul is a keen community advocate and is the Treasurer of the Normanville Surf Life Saving Club, a Trustee PKF Adelaide Foundation, and is the director of numerous commercial and Not-for-Profit entities.
Ron Martin
Chairman of Board
Ron has been involved in property investment since 1976 and continues to add to his portfolio, which includes retail, commercial, industrial and car park investments amassing upwards of $250 million. Ron is a Civil and Structural Engineer with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Adelaide University (1975). Ron’s diverse and intricate understanding of professional engineering led him across 5 states, where he advised, consulted and supervised a broad range of major construction and building related works. As a registered South Australian Building Licensee of 27 years, Ron is authorised to oversee and complete building works on commercial, industrial and residential constructions. Additionally, Ron is experienced in overseeing project management and infrastructure upgrades. Ron created a unique position in the market by combining his academic background with his exposure to building and infrastructure. Ron is experienced in redevelopment processes, commissioning building reports, reviewing engineering inputs, liaising with councils, planners, stakeholders, bankers and their appointed quantity surveyors. Ron’s expertise and technical skills are highly sought after for the overseeing of upgrades for building and shopping centre infrastructure, including complete plantroom upgrades. Ron’s initiatives have seen both electricity and gas consumption reduced by over 70%. Ron oversees NABERS and BEAT rating initiatives, chairs energy management team meetings, and aims to create CAPEX that generates its own commercial return. Ron sits on multiple boards, is the director of more than a dozen companies and is presently chairman of 4 boards. He is a former member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, a former member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Australia, a former member of the Australian Institute of Management, and has completed further studies in WA and elsewhere for database management and accounting. Ron is a proud family man and enjoys spending time with his now adult children, wife and wider friends and family. He has a keen interest in superannuation fund investment, and enjoys a variety of sports and a great restaurant.
Mario Bonomi
Board Member
Mario is a highly respected, central figure within the South Australian real estate and business community, and has been throughout his 38-year career. Mario has always been an industry trailblazer approaching his businesses with entrepreneurial foresight and innovation. Mario is an L.J Hooker Admiral and life member of the Multimillion Dollar Captains Club. Mario's expertise spans all areas of real estate, including residential and commercial, sales and property management, property law and due-diligence. Mario works with some of Australia's largest private Landlords and manages some of the state's major retail and commercial assets. His continued success is evident in his ongoing professional relationships spanning generations, and multiple national and international awards. Mario’s excellence and mastery in his field was recognised nationally and he was awarded a lifetime induction into the Real Estate Institute Hall of Fame in 2009. The following year his business, L.J. Hooker Commercial, was also inducted into the Hall of Fame and recognised as a consistently award-winning top performing office of excellence. Mario’s business is recognised as a top 5 office for L.J. Hooker internationally, is the largest Property Management business for L.J. Hooker internationally, and has been for close to a decade. Mario is an expert who holds a unique position and perspective within the property industry. His near 40 year commitment to the industry has gifted him with a skill that combines a forecastability, analysis and insight that only time can endow. Mario is well adept in market fluctuations pertaining to economic trends, giving him great agility in the Australian Property sphere. In 1988, after only 4 years of being in the industry, Mario and his business partner established L.J Hooker St Peters, which today stands as one of the top-performing and most awarded agencies within the international L.J Hooker network. This soon expanded to include L.J Hooker Commercial. Mario and his partners now operate L.J Hooker St Peters, Adelaide City, Walkerville, Glynde, and L.J Hooker Commercial, collectively known as L.J. Hooker Adelaide Metro Property Group. Mario has been a member of the L.J. Hooker Franchise Owners Council for ten years and served as president from 2019-2021. In addition, Mario sits on several boards, including Clear Sky Properties as a Director, L.J. Hooker Limited Board, L.J. Hooker Adelaide Metro Board, and many other private boards. Mario believes “we are all capable of achieving anything we set our minds to”, and takes the opportunity to mentor emerging talent, offering as much support and insight as possible. Mario is a proud family man and passionate supporter of many community events and sporting clubs.
Dom Cosentino
Board Member
Dom holds a Masters of Business Administration, is a certified Tax Advisor with the Taxation Institute, and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). As Managing Partner of PKF Adelaide and with more than 15 years of experience, Dom works in Tax, Accounting, and Business Services and has a particular interest in taxation issues involving the development and leasing of residential and commercial property. This specialisation has seen him develop extensive knowledge across GST, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax advice as it applies to property. Covering the full spectrum of PKF clients, Dom works to service small to medium enterprises right through to the specific issues faced by professional clients across a range of industries.

Rino boasts a 38 year career in real estate, specialising in commercial and industrial property sales and management, contracts, residential sales and management. Rino is a director of L.J Hooker St Peters, Adelaide City, Walkerville, Glynde, and L.J Hooker Commercial, collectively known as L.J. Hooker Adelaide Metro Property Group. Rino has expert experience in acquisition management, major retail and commercial redevelopments, such as shopping complexes and commercial properties. Additionally, Rino is well adept in Commercial Leases, property law, and negotiations and prides himself on attaining the best results for his clients. L.J Hooker Commerical’s continued success was recognised in 2011 when the agency was inducted into the Real Estate Institute of South Australia’s Hall of Fame for Commercial Industrial Management. Whatsmore,, Rino was made a life member of the L.J Hooker Multimillion Dollar Chapter for Property Investment Management. Craig Watson
Responsible Manager
Craig Watson is a senior executive, boasting 30 years of experience as a finance executive and company director. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a major in Accounting, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Property Development. Craig, who is also a CPA fellow, started his career at one of the big four accounting firms in Australia. Adding to his already prestigious academic background, Craig continued to develop his professional skills, earning himself a Senior Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School. Craig is a Responsible Manager for three Australian Financial Services Licensees, with funds management experience spanning over 20 years. Craig is seasoned in property development and property investment having overseen a portfolio in excess of $1 billion with the Kinsmen Group in the early 1990s. Having gained expertise working within a number of different legal structures, Craig is well versed in corporate governance and meeting a wide range of compliance obligations. Over the past 30 years Craig has expanded on his wealth of expertise as an AFSL Responsible Manager. Craig is adept in financial and legal compliance requirements for financiers and investment partners. He has an astute understanding of regulations, due diligence and compliance. Craig has intricate knowledge and experience in raising funds, repositioning assets, mergers, and business acquisitions.. Craig is well versed across numerous industries including property, finance, retail, multinational franchise businesses and technology start-ups. Craig has held numerous executive roles in public and private sector companies which furthered his experience in a multitude of avenues, such as risk management, governance and joint ventures.
