Under this Act, Clear Sky Properties is required to meet strict investor identification and verification requirements. In order to meet these requirements, we ask investors to complete our Investor Identification Form which allows us to obtain the information we need to satisfy the identification procedures outlined under the AML Act. You must complete this form before we can provide you with any financial products.  

By completing the Investor Identification Form you acknowledge Clear Sky Properties’ will use the provided information any accompanying documents to establish your identity. Clear Sky Properties’ will not be responsible or liable to you, or any other person, for any loss suffered where a transaction is delayed, blocked, frozen or where Clear Sky Properties’ declines to process a transaction or ceases to provide you with a product or service, in circumstances where Clear Sky Properties’ is unable to establish your identity or where Clear Sky Properties’ reasonably believes you are a Proscribed Person.
